I have had my new unit about 10 months, install day was fast and amazing. The maintenance program is not time consuming but professional, and I have had to bother them with some question being new to a heat pump, they have always gotten right back with me. That alone is so comforting, they have a good team! So far I'm happy and no complaints.

Great local family owned business. Kellerman assigned three young men to the job of replacing our old indoor/outdoor unit. They showed up on time, were extremely professional, stayed on task, did a thorough function check before they left. They left the place cleaner than it was before they arrived. Highly recommend.
